**PLEASE NOTE: There is NO card mailed out. The card is only for in store shopping. If you come to shop in one of our stores, a membership card will be given to you.**
We do not call back to confirm memberships. Once you fax us, we will add you to our customer database. You can then either call in orders, or come to our store to shop in person.
