Memberships & wholesale pricing:
- This catalogue represents Canadian wholesale pricing only.
- Wholesale pricing applies to business' that have a membership with Creative Bag Co. Ltd. For those who don't please ask for non-member pricing.
- In order to obtain a membership card you must provide your retail sales tax number and a completed PEC (Purchase Exemption Certificate). Our Membership form is an acceptable PEC.
- For membership forms please click here or pick one up at one of our cash and carry stores.
Ordering:
- No minimum order required.
- Prices listed in the catalogue and on our website are wholesale prices and do not represent pricing in our retail stores.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notification; orders are billed at prices in effect on date of shipment.
- Any price changes will be posted on our website.
- Membership prices refer to case lot quantities
Shipping:
- All goods shipped to our members are subject to shipping charges, this included back order on out of stock products
- All goods are prices FOB our dock , Downsview M3J 2X2
- For 3rd party billing please include a written confirmation of Freight Company, account number and contact telephone number. You are responsible for goods from FOB point.
Payment Terms:
- Credit Cards- Visa, Master Card & Direct Debit are accepted.
- C.O.D - Company cheques accepted. For orders being shipped C.O.D, an additional charge will apply.
- Return Cheques- $15 service charge will apply to your account if your payment cheque is returned from your bank.
- Online Orders: Credit Cards only. Visa, Mastercard.
Returns:
We do our best to sell top quality products; however if you receive a defective product, please notify customer service immediately.
- All damage claims must be made within two (2) days of receipt of goods. No returns accepted without prior authorization. Goods damaged in shipping will require the member to make a claim with the shipping company.
- A 25% re-stocking fee applies to all orders that are returned on the members behalf
- Due to ministry regulations, FDA products cannot be returned.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
