Store Hours

Due to covid guidelines and social distancing requirements, we are limited to the amount of orders we can process at a time.  We apologies for the inconvenience and our trying out best to get orders fulfilled at fast as we can during these trying times.

Pick Up

Pick up your orders at our retailer store 1100 Lodestar Rd. during regular store hours. We will contact you once your order is ready for pick up.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be picked, packed and processed. We are handling your orders in the sequence they are received. Once your order is ready, we will send you a pickup confirmation email with detailed instructions on our new pickup procedures.

Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Additional shipping times for in stock items will range based on the following: Ontario and Quebec 1-5 Business Days, British Columbia, New Brunswick, PEI, Manitoba and Nova Scotia 5-12 Business Days; Newfoundland, N.W.T, Yukon and Nunavut: 7-12 Business Days.
